YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR SITE MAY BE TERMINATED AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON BY YOU OR BY US WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE.  THE6LEVELS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION OR DISCONTINUANCE OF THE SERVICE.

WE MAY FOR MARKETING PURPOSES COLLECT, PROCESS AND TRANSMIT DATA OBTAINED FROM AND ABOUT YOU IN THE COURSE OF YOUR ACCESSING OUR SITE.

Intellectual Property. No Online Materials may be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, or otherwise used for any purpose, without the prior written permission of The6 Levels. Any infringing or unauthorized use of the Online Material and any attempt to modify any Online Material, to defeat security features, or to utilize this site or the Online Materials for other than its intended purposes is prohibited.

Payments. You are signing up for a subscription service to The 6Levels. This is a paid service. As a purchaser of online content, you agree not to share, distribute, sell, or otherwise transfer your logon credentials to other individuals. The username and password is for the purchaser's sole use, limited to one (1) person. Significant or unusual use of a username and password (including but not limited to significant use of a single username and password on multiple computers) may result in suspension or termination of your account without prior notice or liability to The 6Levels.

You may choose to pay via credit card or PayPal and have the option for recurring or non-recurring billing.  Payment terms may be in 30-day, quarterly, bi-annually, or annual  cycles. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations are not prorated and are carried out at the close of the current billing cycle.
You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from the 6Levels or from merchants that (i) any credit information you supply is true and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.

Subject to the above, you may not modify, copy, distribute, republish or upload any of the material on our Site without our prior consent in writing. No intellectual property or other rights shall be transferred to you.

Restrictions and Prohibitions on Use. Your license for access and use of the Site and any information, materials or documents (collectively defined as “Content and Materials”) therein are subject to the following restrictions and prohibitions on use:
You may not:

f. Obtain or accumulate personal information about individual users or collect or store personal data about other users.
g. "Stalk" or otherwise harass a computer user.
h. Interfere with other Users' use of the Site, including, without limitation, disrupting the normal flow or use of the service.
i. Post or transmit any file which contains "viruses," "worms," "Trojan horse" or any other contaminating or destructive features.
We do not intend to discourage Users from taking controversial positions or expressing what may be unpopular views; however, we expect users to express their views and participate in discourse on this Site in a civil and respectful manner. We reserve the right to take such action as we deem appropriate in cases where the Site is inappropriately used to disseminate statements or materials that are reasonably construed as abusive, destructive, harmful, or threatening to the safety of others.

Any comments, feedback, materials, testimonials, criticisms, questions, or letters or the like sent or posted by you to The 6Levels regarding the Site, resources, articles, links, among other things (“Received Materials”) shall be deemed to be non-confidential and free of any claims of proprietary or personal rights. The 6levels shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such Received Materials and The 6Levels will be free to reproduce, use, disclose, exhibit, display, transform, edit, abridge, create derivative works from and/or distribute the Received Materials without limitation or restriction.
